Instructions on how to properly install LED Bar Lights
The process of installing LED bar lights is really not too difficult and complicated. In this article, we would like to only mention the most basic way of installing Led lights, which can be applied to all types of LED bar lights in general and the NLLED404 model in particular.

Step 1: Prepare materials, wrap lead wire

+ Choose wire size 18 – 22 AWG

Step 2: Solder the LED bar wire and check the connection

Step 3: Insulate the connector

Step 4: Install the aluminum bar cap

Step 5: Measure and cut the led string
+ Place the Led wire next to the aluminum bar and mark the position to be cut. When cutting, cut right in the middle of the copper point to avoid damaging the wire.

Step 6: Stick the led string to the aluminum bar
+ Separate the adhesive tape behind the light string to the aluminum bar. Stick the light string in the center of the aluminum bar for the best light dispersion. Attach the stopper to the top of the aluminum bar.

Step 7: Measure the plastic bar at the 2 ends of the plug
+ Because the stopper takes up part of the length of the aluminum bar, you need to measure the plastic bar carefully to avoid causing a loss of aesthetics for the overall light.

Step 8: Cut the light canopy
+ Use a saw blade to cut the light-emitting plastic bar. Definitive cutting operation, straight cut to prevent light from getting through the plastic slot.

Step 9: Insert the plastic bar into the aluminum bar
+ The plastic bar is designed to fit into the groove of the aluminum bar. You need to place the plastic rod close to the end of the plug, pressing firmly along the plastic rod so that it enters the existing mounting slot.

Step 10: Turn on the power and use
